Process Features:
- - Transferring IV solutions to a wide range of final commercial containers/delivery devices
- Solutions transfer is accomplished without spillage or aerosol production
- Supported final containers: saline, glucose solution, ringer lactate on:
- IV bags,
- standard syringes,
- soft plastic bottles (B.Braun Ecoflac), and
- elastomeric infusors (B. Braun EasyPump)
- - The transfer of solutions shall exclude air
- Rejected units are identified by the system and placed in a clearly defined “Quarantine” area/container
- The system automatically re-manufactures replacement units where applicable
- The system does not cross contaminate materials, tubing sets, final containers, etc.
- System components are resistant to cleaning materials
